Gladesville institution, La Perla Seafood Ristorante has been going
strong for 20 years. It's a friendly, family-run restaurant with
george Colosi braving the early morning Fish market Auctions 2-3
times a week ensuring the extraordinary freshness of the seafood
served.
There
are very few restaurant owners who insist on seeing first hand the
quality of seafood coming in off the trawlers, which is why some
of the comments you hear amongst patrons at La Perla are "I
have never eaten fish like this before", "I have eaten
swordfish at many restaurants, but this one, especially the way
it has been cut, is superb".
